Kathryn

A good travels away from Twinsburg, Ohio, Kathryn embarked on her journey in the world of criminology and justice studies, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from Kent State University. With a passion for understanding the intricacies of human behavior, Kathryn minored in sociology, which has enriched her perspective on community dynamics and the importance of compassion in all aspects of life.

In 2015, Kathryn made the move to South Carolina, where she found a calling in the veterinary field. Since joining the Pet Friend family in 2021 as a Veterinary Assistant, Kathryn has dedicated herself to providing exceptional care for our furry companions, ensuring they receive the love and attention they deserve.

Beyond Kathryn's professional life, she is a proud wife and mother of three wonderful children—two spirited girls and a charming boy. Her family is completed by three fur babies: Tucker and Bella, playful dogs, and Sophia, a curious cat. She also shares a home with Rex, an adventurous gecko, who adds a unique flair to the family dynamic. In her spare time, she enjoys distance running, which keeps her energized and focused, and Kathryn has a creative side that shines through in her cake decorating endeavors. Whether Kathryn is hitting the trails or crafting a beautiful cake, she believes in embracing life’s joys and sharing them with those around her.
